you are absolutely right! Originally, the article was referring to the pre-existing library redux-batch-actions, where you dispatched a list of action creators.

When you released batch I updated the article and quickly modified the inline code without giving too much thought. I just realised that what I re-wrote was wrong and I honestly can’t understand how I skipped past it all this time.

Thanks so much for spotting that out, I have already updated it and it should be correct now.
